A hearty welcome to the Via Claudia Camping site!  We are glad that you have chosen us for your holidays. Here you will find info and requests to help insure that your and other guests´ stay will be as pleasurable and uninterrupted as possible. Via Claudia Camping Company has implemented the ECOCAMPING environmental management. Environmental protection is one of our utmost concerns in the operation of this camp.

1. In order to be officially registered, please sign-in directly upon arrival at our reception.

2. On departure day, the camping lot is to be left clean and at the latest by 12:00 pm.

3. The camping site price list is available at the Reception or in Internet.

4. The allotted camping lot is only for one Unit (Camper/Caravan or Tent). An additional small tent (2-man) may be allowed in exceptional cases and only with prior consent.

5. Please observe caravans and motorhomes with Propane Gas equipment, must present the official security document of conformity. Propane Gas containers (even if empty) may only be transported with security caps attached.

6. The facility amenities and equipment are expensive and should be handled with care (as if your own). Do not cut or tear twigs or branches from the trees or bushes.

7. Bordering or fencing-in the camping lot is not allowed.  Take heed that no tent stake, string or other tent fixtures are in the way or can cause damage to others.

8. Grilling is only allowed with the proper equipment. Also available for use is our grilling site; please sign-up in advance at the reception. For security reasons, campfires are only allowed in the presence of the Via Claudia personnel.

9. The Sites quiet hours are from 13-15 hr and 22-07 hr. During this time the barriers are closed and you will not be able to drive into the Site. Sound on radio, TV and other similar equipment should be reduced to an appropriate level. In the interest of all camping guests, we would politely request that during this time, all loud conversations and disturbances be avoided. Please use the grounds near the Minigolf place for soccer, not the camping site.

10. Vehicles of all types are only allowed on the designated roads. The speed limit of 10 km/h is to be observed. Pedestrians have the right of way.

11. Washing of vehicles of any type is prohibited. (Drinking Water Reserve Area)

12. The execution of any business or trade within or from the camp site requires prior consent from the administration..

13. Garbage should be sorted and deposited in the Recycle court. The containers are marked. Large items and hazardous material are not accepted and can be disposed of at the community recycle court. Please note that the disposal of garbage and chemical toilets is the responsibility of adults only.

14. We lay great value on tidiness and cleanliness and therefore constantly control all facilities. Please leave the sanitary facilities in good condition. It is prohibited to smoke or take bottles or glasses into the sanitary rooms. Do not deposit garbage in the toilets, use the provided garbage bins. For security reasons, children under the age of 6 may only enter the sanitary room and toilets in the accompaniment of an adult.

15. Water is a precious commodity, please use it sparingly and explain the situation to your children. Use the washing agent sparingly and if possible, do not use softener in the washing machines.

16. The sewer wastewater from your camping toilets may be emptied in the appropriate disposal drains in the sanitary buildings. Please only use sewage friendly additives.  Never allow the wastewater to flow into the earth and never deposit it directly into the rain run-off canals.

17. Every camping lot electrical hook-up is provided with a current breaker protection switch (Fi-Switch). Cable drums are to be rolled up completely.

18. Pets are welcome; please register them upon arrival at the reception. Dogs are to be on leases as all times within the camping grounds. They are not allowed in the sanitary facilities. Outside of the site, there are large walking areas available. Be aware, it is not allowed to leave the dog excrements on paths or in fields, use the dog bags we provide to gather and dispose.

19. The Landlord (VCCC Ltd.) does not take responsibility for any damages or losses that the renter, his associates/relatives or his visitors may incur; unless rendered by the Landlord or his employees thru deliberate or grossly negligent behavior.

20. The instructions of the administration or staff are to be followed; especially with regards to the positioning of vehicles, campers/caravans, tents and similar equipment. The VCCC Ltd. is authorized to enforce the House Rules, to refuse entrance to or to remove persons for security and orderly reasons or if it is felt to be in the best interest of the other camping guests. Whoever grossly infringes upon these rules, must reckon with immediate removal from the site.

21. In the event of any damages (for example: water leakage) in the common areas/facilities, we would kindly ask that you notify the reception.

22. In case of any emergency (accident, illness etc.) please notify the reception immediately, if necessary, we will contact the emergency medical services for you.
